Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and you are free to cancel or reschedule your surf lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. However, please note that we are unable to accept any cancellations or date changes after this time. If you are interested in making any changes to your booking, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. In the event that we need to reschedule your lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date and time. If the lesson needs to be cancelled due to poor surf conditions or inclement weather, your safety and satisfaction remain our top priorities, and we'll do our best to ensure a positive surfing experience for you.
